Welcome to Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all pre-orders and purchases related to the book titled “Sinharaja” (“the Product”). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd is a registered company in Sri Lanka and the official sales and promotional partner for the “Sinharaja” publication. All payments for pre-orders are collected and managed by Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd through the PayHere payment gateway.
The “Sinharaja” book is offered on a pre-publication basis. By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the Product upon its release. Pre-orders will be processed once full payment has been made and confirmed via the PayHere payment gateway. Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Payments are accepted only in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) via the PayHere secure payment gateway using approved methods such as Visa, MasterCard, and other supported cards. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an electronic confirmation by email or SMS. Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd does not store or have access to your card details.
Delivery will begin following the official release of the “Sinharaja” book. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated, but unforeseen delays may occur due to printing, logistics, or external factors. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any delays. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.
Customers must provide accurate and complete details when placing an order. Any delays or losses resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd.
All content, text, photographs, designs, and layouts related to the “Sinharaja” publication remain the intellectual property of Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd and/or the respective authors. No part of this material may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any transaction. The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Product. Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for courier or payment processor delays.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
