Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in the “Sinharaja” book, managed by Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are applicable for pre-orders.


1. General Policy


As the “Sinharaja” book is offered on a limited pre-publication basis, refunds are generally not applicable after payment confirmation. Printing and fulfilment are based on confirmed orders.


2. Eligible Refunds


Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
– Duplicate payments made for the same order
– Payment errors due to PayHere technical issues
– Cancellation of publication by Zeylanicus (Pvt) Ltd


3. Refund Request Process


Customers must submit refund requests via email to accounts@zeylanicus.lk within seven (7) days of payment. Requests must include proof of payment and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days after verification. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, less any applicable transaction fees.


4. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds are not applicable for:
– Change of mind after confirming a pre-order
– Delays in printing or delivery beyond estimated timelines
– Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
– Minor variations in print colour or paper finish due to production limitations
